To ensure the best organization of our restaurant service and reserve your requested table with the utmost care, online reservations submitted through the booking form available on www.terranima.com require a deposit of €20.00 per person, which will be regularly deducted from the final bill.

Booking confirmation
• Completing the booking form on our website constitutes a reservation request and does not automatically confirm the requested table.
• Each request will be reviewed by our staff based on the actual availability of the restaurant for the selected date and time.
• Should the requested date and time not be available, the guest will receive a communication from our staff.

If availability is confirmed, the guest will receive a confirmation email containing:
• a summary of the reservation request;
• a secure online payment link for the required deposit;
• instructions for sending confirmation of the completed payment by email.

The reservation will be considered definitively confirmed only upon receipt of both the deposit and confirmation of payment.

The deposit must be paid:
• within 3 hours of receiving our confirmation email containing the payment link, for reservations requested for the same day or within the following 48 hours;
• within 24 hours of receiving the payment link, for reservations requested more than 48 hours prior to the service date.

After this time, if payment has not been received, the reservation request will be automatically cancelled.
Payments made after the indicated deadlines do not automatically guarantee confirmation of the reservation and will be subject to a new availability check.

Online deposit payments
To ensure the correct deduction of the deposit from the final bill, we kindly ask guests who have paid the deposit online to inform our staff both upon arrival at the restaurant and again when requesting the final bill.

Reservation cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be communicated exclusively by email.

Conditions
The following conditions apply:
• Cancellation communicated at least 5 days before the service date: full refund of the deposit, using the same payment method originally used.
• Cancellation communicated between 4 and 3 days before the service date: 50% refund of the deposit, using the same payment method originally used.
• Cancellation communicated within 48 hours of the service date: no refund.
• In the event of a no-show: no refund.

Any reduction in the number of participants must be communicated promptly. Failing this, Terranima reserves the right to retain the deposit relating to the originally confirmed seats that were not used.

Reservations requiring a deposit are subject to this Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delays
We kindly ask guests to notify us of any delays via WhatsApp at +39 334 6608618.
Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that the table will be held for more than 15 minutes after the reserved time.

Final number of guests
The number of guests indicated at the time of booking must correspond to the actual number attending, unless previously communicated and subject to restaurant availability.

Groups
For large bookings, private events, or special requests, Terranima reserves the right to apply dedicated conditions, which will be communicated during the confirmation process.

Dietary requirements
Any allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements must be communicated in the “Notes” section of the booking form at the time of reservation.

Force majeure
Terranima reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of force majeure, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond its control.
In such cases, any deposits already paid will be fully refunded.

Privacy notice
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
